CSV content to upload
Action: Values are case sensitive and can only be one of the following: Add, Update, Delete (to delete an asset you
only need the name of the asset and the "Delete" action in the CSV, you can download the excel with the current asset list from the
Pressero admin)
Name of Asset: (max. 50) Name of Asset
Description: The Asset description. (Can't contain commas).
Usage for: Values are case sensitive and can only be one of the following: All, Site, Group,
User or Product.
Group Name: The group name to associate to the asset. (Leave blank if not selected Group in Usage for)
UserEmail: The user unique email to associate to
the asset. (Leave blank if not selected User in Usage for)
ProductURL: The product unique URL name to associate to the asset. (Leave blank if not
selected Product in Usage for)
Category: The category name to associate to the asset. (Leave blank if not needed). The
category must exist in Assets Categories and needs to be case sensitive.
Asset Type: Values are case sensitive and can only be one of the following:
- Image
- Mailing List
- Document
- Other
URL: The location of the file to upload. (i.e. http://mysite/myfolder/myasset.pdf)
Download?: Values can be false or true
Is Local?: Values can be false (external URL) or true (Upload asset within Pressero)
Include In Notifications?: Values can be false or true
Count Pages?: Values can be false or true
The CSV fields must be separated by comma.
The CSV file can't contain more than 400 lines. Split the file if needed.
